We want you to love your Glasshouse Fragrances purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unopened packaging. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, used candles, diffusers, or body care products cannot be returned.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the unused products in their original luxury packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at a designated carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
